I've tried to set some Mib variables using scotty. I've succeded in setting
variables like sysDescr or sysLocation but when I try to set a Mib variable
like ipRouteMask with the command:
snmpset -v 2c 192.168.2.0 private
ip.ipRouteTable.ipRouteEntry.ipRouteMask.192.168.2.0 a 255.255.255.252

it returns the message:
Error in packet
Reason: Wrong value.

Can you explain me the reason?
Thanks,
Paolo.
