[tkined] Scotty 2.1.10 wil Tcl 8.2

Are there any known issues regarding using scotty 2.1.10 with Tcl 8.2? The
FAQ says that scotty been known to work with Tcl 8.0.
Tcl 8.2 (actually anything after Tcl 8.1) adds multi-threading and Unicode
strings to Tcl/Tk. If it matters, I am using Solaris 2.6 as my OS.
