Thank you for the advise. I know how to set PATH and TCLLIBPATH in unix. But I
am still not sure how to run tkined in Windows NT so that the Tools menu will
show up. The only way I know how to run the tkined in NT is using wish80.exe,
either source tkined150 in wish console window or directly run "wish80
tkined150" in <my_scotty_home>\bin dir. I would appreciated it if you or some
one in the group can tell me more detail how to run the tkined with Tools
menu.
