[tkined] Syntax of bind for agents in 3.0.0???

Has the .hlp file been updated in the snapshot lately? I am trying to write an agent on NT in 3.0.0 and don't know what binds to do, the help file I have describes the old syntax and has the message "XXX This is all outdated! XXX" at the beginning of that section.

Just need a quick bit of help or example of what to bind to make a very simple 3.0.0 agent.
