My guess is you're not loading a parent mib. When you try to load this
mib, what is the error message? Does it say "no parent for
ciscoEnvMonMIBNotificationPrefix"?
I'm not that familiar with the Cisco MIBs but I believe you can load the
OLD-CISCO-MIB.my to provide parents up to cisco (1.3.6.1.4.1.9). I
couldn't find ciscoMgmt in any of the mibs I have.
You should check ftp://ftp.cisco.com/ for the required set of Cisco
MIBs.
Thanks,
Matthew
