Just to report that I have on a reasonably regular basis (ie every few months)
discovered our Class B address space with only occaisonal problems. It takes
a while (around 3-4 hours). However what is really needed is:
a) incremental discovery - to add new subnets
b) update - remove nodes that are gone and add new ones - harder.

... however someone has to write this :-)
