I think these commands should be in the latest Win32 snapshot. Here
is what my UNIX version does:
% Tnm::mib pack vacmAccessStatus group prefix 3 noAuthNoPriv
1.3.6.1.6.3.16.1.4.1.9.5.103.114.111.117.112.6.112.114.101.102.105.120.3.1
% Tnm::mib unpack 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.13.1.1.1.2.3.4.42.5.6.7.8.55
1.2.3.4 42 5.6.7.8 55
% Tnm::mib split 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.13.1.1.1.2.3.4.42.5.6.7.8.55
1.3.6.1.2.1.6.13.1.1 1.2.3.4.42.5.6.7.8.55
I don't see a reason why this should not work on Win32 if you have the
latest snapshot.
