[tkined] Scotty3.0.0 SNMP Listener and Port option

I have noticed that the SNMP Listener works with the default
port value of 162 but fails when over-ridden by the -port
option. Is this a known bug or a new one ? I have been running
the NT port.

Does anyone know when the next Scotty 3.0.0 snapshot is being
released ? I believe that the last release was in November
last year.
