[tkined] whitespace in MIBs

FYI and query:

attempting to load 3Com MIBs I just hit a gotcha, that scotty
complained:
test.mib:37: Warning: cannot scan enums - ignored
test.mib:37: bad mib format
test.mib:37: bad mib format

on a line like
fooBar OBJECT IDENTIFIER::={generic 33}
whereas
fooBar OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= {generic 33}
made it all OK ^ ^

I haven't looked up the relevant RFC to find out which is correct
behaviour (will do so when I get that mythical Round Tuit ;-) but I
thought it was worth sharing with others.

Scotty 2.1.9 BTW
