I downloaded and am using Scotty version 3.0.0. I saw that there is now
support for
ranges (min-max values of INTEGERS). I need the ranges so that I can create
a
database schema automatically from an ASN.1 mib.
I looked in the code (tnmMibParser.c) and found that the ranges had been
turned off
by the USE_RANGES macro. I defined this and compiled the code and found
that
the IF-MIB will not load when I try to load my mib with
Tnm::mib load <mymib>.mib
Scotty keeps coming back with "no parent snmpTraps for no linkDown and node
linkUp".
I was wondering if there was an official patch that could get the range
stuff working?
Many thanks,
Col.
