There is a Y2K statement for Tcl/Tk somewhere on the Scriptics
Web server (www.scriptics.com).

All scotty 2.1.X releases have a Y2K bug in the implementation of the
http command. This bug will be fixed in scotty 2.1.11. Scotty 3.0.X so
far has no known Y2K problems.

[Anyway, its important to realize that the fact that scotty or Tcl/TK
do not have Y2K bugs does not mean that scripts written using these
packages have no Y2K bugs...]
