There is any updated "locations" file for scotty ?
I have no ideea where to find such info (may be we'll have to keep one,
updated periodicly by us ???).
Anyway, as a sugestion, the IP-World traceroute should ignore unresolved
locations (sometimes, I don't need to know if there is any unknown
location), so these locations will show up when we'll use an updated file.
