I tried to start building tkined but configure complained that I have tcl8.0,
it wants "tcl7.4 or later".
I'm running the latest tcl and tk. My environment is actually weird, I have
the w95 port of tcl/tk and the cygwin tools for UNIX emulation. I use bash
to run configure.
The operating system is Windows 95b.

Where do I go from here?
