[tkined] Code to send/forward traps?

I actually want two things: (1) a piece of code with which I can send
traps to test my trap receiver code (based on the snmptrapd script in the
Scotty distribution examples directory), and (2) I want to modify said
script so that it not only receives and logs traps but forwards them to
trap receivers on other systems. That way we can setup all our network
devices to send traps to just one host instead of the various hosts which
want to see them.
