[tkined] Compiling Scotty for static libs?

I'm using Scotty 2.1.9 on Solaris 2.5.1, and I don't seem to be able to
tell it to compile for static libraries (.a). Does anyone know how to make
it do this? I need to compile it to work with the TclPro Wrapper, and thus,
it needs to be statically linked into the tcl shell. I'd appreciate any
help that can be provided.
