[tkined] how to define a global variable

Dear sir,
I can't define a global variable in scotty2.1.10. After I
create a snmp session and define a global variable use " global varA", I
can't find the variable varA in the result list of "info global".
The other question: I want to set a value to a variable of
MIBtable. After I did use "snmp# set [list ...] " and found that the
result always no change. (I have started the agent which use this
MIBtable. ) How to set a value in other way?
