[tkined] how to create a new row in the mlmScriptTable

Hello,
I want to check the function of mlm in scotty and create a new
row in the mlmSciptTable based on the tubs-mlm.mib and snmpd-mlm.tcl.
The first step is to set the mlmlock.0 and mlmSciptStatus.0, but it
always show error: generr 2 ...... noSuchInstance. I found that there is
no mlmScriptStatus.0 Instance in the mlmSciptTable. What is the
resolution about it?
