[tkined] tkined1.4.9 - Redhat 5.2 runtime error

I have just re-installed Linux from RedHat 5.0 to 5.2.

Recompiled scotty & re-installed OK.

Now when I run tkined1.4.9 I get an error message of "Tnm lost
connection to Tkined"
I do not get the "tools" menu option :-(

The TCLLIBPATH is set to "/usr/lib/tnm2.1.9 /usr/lib/tkined1.4.9"

This is the way I had it with Redhat 5.0. and everything worked OK.

Any ideas what is going wrong ?
