[tkined] IP discovery does not work

I am new to TCL/TK. I installed the scotty package on a sun solaris
2.5.1. alongwith TCL 7.6 and TK 4.2. When i try to run IP discovery
through the tkined GUI. It does not work and gives out the following
error on the STDOUT.

invalid command name "nslook"
while excecuting "nslook $hostname"
invoked from within
"set ip [nslook $hostname]..."

I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what is going wrong here.
