[tkined] popup menu didn't appear

I am really new to Tkined, and need your helps for my problem.

I 've installed Tcl8.0.4 , Tk8.0.4 and Scotty.
I run tkined, i see all the necessary menus.
When I created an object node0, then I clicked right mouse button, I didn't
see any popup menu as descripbed in Getting started with Tkined

I got stuck there.

Please send me any comments/helps.
