The `mib tc' command has been replaced by several command options. You
should use the `mib enums' command. Note, the `mib enums' command
always requires a type, not an OID or a label which resolves to an
OID. If you are not sure what the type is, just write

Tnm::mib enums [Tnm::mib type $oid]

which should work fine if oid is for example 'tcpConnState' or 'ifType'.
