Well the active connections are recorded in tcpConnTable & udpTable parts of MIB2 (providing you examine the edn points).

However this does not record connections passing through a router. It also does not record traffic. For that you require RMON - and to monitor above layer 2, RMON-2 - which usually requires RMON probes - either software or hardware.
