The message says that you have to upgrade the Tnm extension. You might
also want to upgrade Tcl to the latest stable version. The latest
versions are:
o Tcl/Tk 8.0.4 available from www.scriptics.com
o Tnm 3.0.0 Win32 snapshot (98-10-30) available from
ftp://ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/local/tkined/devel/scotty-98-10-30-win.zip
Both software packages come with an install shield and it should
therefore be no problem to uninstall the old version and to install
a new version.
