the tcl should be ok, the scotty binary snapshot is old (the installer
and the readme includes the expire information). please get the
latest from
ftp.tu-bs.de/pub/local/tkined/devel
named
scotty-98-10-30-win.zip
(or try the snapshot from Mark Newnham <mark.n@usa.net> at
http://www.idcomm.com/personal/newnham/tkined, which does not expire).
