The Win32 code in scotty 2.1.X was not been touched for a very long
time. All the Win32 efforts are going into the 3.0.0 version.

Right. Tcl 8.0.3 introduces several incompatibilities. We are working
through all this (we just learned that Tcl 8.0.3 changed the entries
in the Windows registry which breaks our initialization code as well
as our installer) and we hope to have a new snapshot availabe pretty
soon. So be patient and stay tuned. ;-)
