[tkined] Making Scotty Less Smart

I'm using scotty2.1.9 and I was wondering if there's a way to make scotty
give the data polled from a mib without converting the data into a different
form before returning it. i.e., converting TimeTicks 223577544 to 25d
21:02:56.44 when performing a get request.
