I have certainly had this problem many times, but certainly reduced the
problem by installing SP3. If you have made any change to your system
recently, It may be worth re-applying this.

You also do not say which version of tkined you are using. The first
beta of 3.0.0 was definitely more prone to this error than the latest
one
