[tkined] Trap Sink?

Running Scotty 2.1.9/Tkined 1.4.9 on Solaris 2.6/sparc. There are known hosts
on my network sending traps to this machine. If I start "Trap Sink" and tell it
to listen for traps, I see a straps process running, I see the straps socket in
/tmp, but I see no traps. What do I need to do, or am I misunderstanding the
function of this?
