first of all, the "Tools" menu doesn't appear, so i closed the view and
tkined dumps core. i fooled around with manager.tcl for a while, and what
i find is this: the first call to ined succeeds but the second one hangs!
for example, send an "ined acknowledge $msg" twice in a row; the first time
it succeeds and the second time it hangs :-(
because of this, i cannot get a "Tools" menu--since the call to "ined size"
in the preface chews up my one-ined-call allotment :)
BTW, where is the "apps" library suppose to be loaded? the call to
LoadDefaults fails in manager.tcl unless you add
/usr/local/lib/tkined1.5.0/apps to auto_path [...i added it in the Tnm
init.tcl, but this is probably not the best place...]
