[tkined] Error running snmp.test

Could some body tell me the meaning of the error message:

$scotty
% source snmp.test
straps: unable to bind multicast trap socket: Address already in use
straps: unable to bind multicast trap socket: Address already in use
straps: unable to bind multicast trap socket: Address already in use
straps: unable to bind multicast trap socket: Address already in use

Some informations...
$ grep snmp /etc/services
snmp 161/udp
snmp-trap 162/udp
snmp-rt 167/udp # SNMP snmpd<-->routed/gated

$ ps -ef | grep snmp | grep -v grep
root 470 1 0.0 Sep 18 ?? 0:35.21 /usr/sbin/snmpd

I don't understand....
