Maybe this is an error we had seen too: Old frozen mib-files from a
previous installation seem to cause this problem.
You may try to remove all frozen mib files (files with the suffix
idy), which are stored in a platform dependent named folder. eg:
tnm-3.0.0\intel-WindowsNT-4.0\...
