[tkined] Fonts and Icons

I've plugged my Linux workstation running tkined into a PC projector and
I'm projecting a map on to the wall.
It occurred to me that while a projector can project on to a large
surface, it does have limited screen real estate in terms of pixels.

The projector I'm using is an old one and can only do 640x400, but even
the newest and most expensive can only produce 1024x768 so it'd be handy
to be able to choose small icons and fonts for those who have limited
resolutions, alternatively some sort of zoom feature might be useful.

I'm going to go through all of the bitmaps (can tkined use pixmaps?)
that come with Scotty 2.1.9 and produce reduced versions. A case for
Image Magic I think. If you want a copy send me an email.
