[tkined] Change port# in tkined

How do we make tkined query a port# other than the default 161?
I tried the menu "SNMP Monitor -> Set SNMP Parameter", but it
doesn't seem to work.

Is it supposed to work? Or where in the source code should I
hack to fix the problem?
