[tkined] nman3.0 could not set

I am using nman3.0 Scotty extension. I could not use set
function of nman to set mibs values. Each time I tried, I got
the similiar message:

SNMP ERROR: noSuchName on varBind 1 (ipDefaultTTL.0)

Could anyone help me resolve this problem?
