[tkined] Install problem in HPUX 10.20

I have some problem in scotty-2.1.9 installation for HP Workstaion( model :
755 HPUX 10.20 ).
Following is the message of install error.

# make install
Installing scotty2.1.9 and tnm2.1.9.sl
