You need the dinamic libraries from TK/TCL 7.5 because this files are used
by the binary scotty distribution. I don't know if this libraries are
included in the distribution, but you have search for them and include in
your LD_LIBRARY_PATH enviroment.
If you don't find it inside the binary scotty distribution, you can
download from http://sunscript.sun.com
