[tkined] Compiling in as a static lib on NetBSD

Sorry for asking this, but was hoping someone
had already done this since the faq was written.

I've got NetBSD/pmax 1.3.1 running on a decstation
5000/240. Unfortunately, NetBSD's shared library
support isn't quite complete yet, and the dynamic
loader portion isn't finished yet.

Has anyone made the mod's mentioned in the faq
to where it would compile and run on in a static
configuration?

I would rather run it on my netbsd box, but will
use it if I have to on my FreeBSD PC box until
the dev team gets the next release out with the
working dynamic loader.

Appreciate any help you can give.
