Hello all,
I am looking for a generic add-on tool for scotty objects.
I would like something which will poll and display the text
(stdout) on the GUI, 1-2 lines. This would heelp to keep status
info on non-SNMP devices, apps.

The things I am looking to do with it are:

1) For network printers which don't do SNMP, display queue/printer
status (need paper, on fire, etc)

2) For web server, show # procs/threads, # hits, etc.

Something generic would be cool, or if there is a better method
please let me know.
