[tkined] Problem Using Scotty2.1.8

Hi.. im downloaded the scotty-2.1.8 package, but, when i want compile
this, say me an error..
cc -c -O -I. -DHAVE_CONFIG_H ./../tnm/ntping/ntping.c

What can i do to fix this error??
