[tkined] Installing Scotty 2.1.8 on RedHat Linux 5.0

Hi,

I saw some people commenting on this earlier when I didn't need to do it,
and now...

I can't get Scotty 2.1.8 to compile "out of the box". I'm going to
continue working on it, but if anyone can remind me of the things that need
to be done to get it to compile on RedHat Linux 5.0 (Tcl/Tk 8.0p2, Tk has
the "elided text" patch for TkMan)?
