[tkined] Maybe a bug

Maybe this behavior isn't a bug but I wanna tell you:
In the NT version of Tkined you can close an information window clicking in
the upper-right cross, OK, but then that menu doesn't work.
My "solution" if you close (delete) that menu and sart it again -> It works
Tcl/Tk bug? Tkined bug? Never mind, it's only a comment
