[tkined] Scotty 2.1.8, Tcl7.6p2, RH 5.0 core dumps

% Segmentation fault (core dumped)

According to gdb, it's dying in Tcl_GetFileInfo called from
FileHandlerSetupProc. Anyone seen this before?
