Mea culpa! I downloaded scotty-2.1.7 from ftp://netlab-c.mscs.mu.edu/scotty
(which I had bookmarked the last time I was looking for it), and 2.1.7 is
the latest rev they have.

Where can I obtain 2.1.8?
