[tkined] scotty feature request

I just downloaded the latest Scotty (haven't tried to use it in awhile, but
now could use it for the new job).

I notice in the README file that it still isn't supported to work with
Tcl/Tk 8.0. It would be very useful to be able to use it with the latest
release of Tcl/Tk.

Does anyone know of/have plans to make it work with that?
