Two things to note: First, tkined contained in the scotty-2.1.8
distribution does not run under NT. You have to use the development
snapshots if you want tkined on NT. Second, I have been told that
VC5.0 uses WinSock2 which causes some incompatibilities. We only have
VC4.X and therefore we can't provide any further help. You might want
to downgrade to VC4.X in order to get a clean compile.
