[tkined] Close Tkined problem

Hi,

I am using Scotty 2.1.7 with Linux 2.0.29:

When I close Tkined application (Option File - Close View), I have to
kill (^C) Tkined to get shell prompt again.

A workaround is to kill processes launch by snmp-monitor (straps)
or/and ip-monitor (ntping -b)

More over, sometimes I get following message : "Tnm lost connection
to Tkined"
