[tkined] I can't monitor eth load

I'm running tkined 1.4.5 on a linux box (2.0.31) and I can monitor routers
and hosts of my lan. I can view interface load on routers, but I can not
view interface load on other linux boxes. It returns: connection refused.

What I need to view interfaces load on my linux boxes?
