With SNMPv1 traps, you don't need to fake IP headers. There is an
agent_addr field in the SNMPv1 trap PDU which can be set and which is
accepted by most management stations as the source address of the
trap.

In SNMPv2 traps, one would expect that the identity of the trap
message is contained in the varbind list. This is currently not the
case. See the discussion on the SNMPv3 mailing list what people think
about adding these objects to SNMPv2 trap messages.
