[tkined] scotty-2.1.8 available

I just released scotty-2.1.8. This is a bug fix release. It includes
the patches send to this mailing list a few weeks ago (ntping on Ultra
Sparc, improved caching in the SNMP agent, the famous errno problem
reported several times from RedHat users and some other minor things).

This version does not add any new functionality. No need to upgrade if
you are using 2.1.7 and you are happy with it. The complete tar file
and a patch from 2.1.7 to 2.1.8 can be found here:
