[tkined] make install problems (fwd)

I change the following entries in the Makefile after a normal "./configure --enable-gcc".

1. LIBS
was
LIBS = -lrpcsvc
now
LIBS =
2. GDMO_LIBS
was
GDMO_LIBS = -ll
now
GDMO_LIBS =

This corrected the problem noted below, and I've ran through some very basic testing.
